The ConfirmedButtons control has been obsoleted. The Asp.net AJAX control toolkit now offers a ConfirmButton Extender which provides the same functionality.
If you still want to use the MetaBuilders ConfirmedButtons control, it is available in an archive release of all the MetaBuilders Webcontrols for asp.net v1.1 at CodePlex.
